The Operation of Strategic Importance (OSI) of the Programme is the #ACCESS project, that identifies and eliminates as many legal and administrative obstacles as possible between Hungary and Slovakia. The partners aim to make life easier for the people living in the border area, and to promote mutual trust between the two nations.
