The Small Project Fund (SPF) is an intervention within Priority Axis 3 – Institutional coopperation and will be implemented in the Eastern program area by the Lead beneficiary European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation Via Carpatia Limited. The overall objective of the Small Project Fund (SPF) is to strengthen social cohesion across the borders by supporting local level cooperation and to establish and improve long-term collaboration between actors on both sides of the border through the support of local / regional small projects. Activities implemented within the framework of the SPF will enable local / regional residents to meet, share their time together and so to create a long-term partnerships. Achieving the goals of the Small Project Fund will be provided through eligible activities of small projects, which are aimed at organizing cross-border cultural, sport events, exchange programmes, joint camps for children and festivals. The main output of the Small Project Fund will be successfully implemented small projects in the eastern program area that will contribute to the fulfillment of the set indicators. The Small Project Fund will be implemented in the period June 2023 – December 2027.
